This vintage has been produced from grapes which were handpicked by family members from the slopes of "Lapoinya" Oberon plateau edge of the blue mountians N.S.W.

The wines nose suggest earthy characters with undertones of briar, pepper and rhubarb. some rich vanillin spice and chestnut result from fermentation and maturation in old french oak. the palate is rich with chocolate orange flavoursto deliver a dry lengthy finish.It would be best served accompainied by roast meats and will cellar confidently for ten years.
